Dried Ugba 500g
Simply rinse your dried Oil bean seed(Ugba) in cold water, then sock it in look warm water for about 15 mins. Soaking it allows the Oil bean seed(Ugba) to rehydrate and increase in size.
Once it is soft you can boil it with little water for 5 mins with spices of your choice.
